bath apartment on chandler blvd, right across the street from the chandler fashion center. the second bedroom is available for rent. guest bathroom would be yours directly across the hall. washer and dryer in the unit. living room is furnished, bedroom is not. the kitchen and pantry have tons of space that i don't use because i usually eat at work. i'm the cook for a french bakery / cafe called La Madeleine's. i leave the house quietly before 6 am every day and get my breakfast and coffee there. there's an assigned parking spot but i don't have a car, so that would be yours. no pets. community gym and pool available. utilities and wifi included.
