Large, light-filled bedroom available in my 1500 square foot apartment in the Far West Village. Through July 1; flexible on dates.. Located one block from Hudson River Park and the pier; there's a bike and running path that goes down to Battery Park and uptown along the river.
There is a small beach within a 10 minute walk, as well as the Little Island and the Highline; it's one of the best neighborhoods in NYC. Lots of cafes and restaurants a short walk away. The housemates: I am a professional musician, the other housemates are also female, non-smokers, considerate, clean. The apartment is fully furnished and the bedroom has q queen bed and frame, a lamp, and an air conditioner. The closet is 6 feet long and the 2 large windows face south. Lots of privacy and space! It's a huge space and bedroom for the city and especially for the West Village. There is a laundry room on the main floor. References are required as well as a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
