Lease takeover available Feb 1st

We are looking for someone to take over our lease at the Jefferson apartments starting Feb 1st (or as early as Jan th)! It’s a bath for $ (so only $ per bedroom). There’s a west facing view of the mountains, on- laundry, and a light-filled sunroom. Please reach out if you’re interested, we also have some interested tenants looking for roommates who could sign with them. Thank you!
