One cozy room with shared bathroom. Hi I’m pretty easygoing and really appreciate keeping a clean and peaceful home. I am looking ideally for a student or working professional who enjoys a tidy, quiet space. We’d prefer a female housemate if possible. Just a quick note: the space is for one person only, so we’re not able to accommodate couples or any additional pets. The room comes with a shared bathroom down the hall!
