Hi! I’m relocating to the Tampa area for a new full-time job and I’m looking for a roommate to share place with. I am looking to move the week of March 16th and my budget is $800-$900 all in. I have a small Lhasa apso dog. About me: I’m a young professional, clean, respectful, and fairly quiet during the week since I work a typical weekday schedule. I enjoy the gym, relaxing evenings, and keeping shared spaces tidy. I’m easygoing and value a comfortable, low-stress home environment. Budget: Up to $900 per month (for my portion) Pet: I have a small lhasa apso named Kona — he’s well-behaved, house trained, and keeps to himself once he warms up. He does best in a calm home.
