Private first-floor bedroom available February 1st in a townhome conveniently located just a few blocks from Temple University. All utilities and internet are included in the rent. The building includes a washer/dryer at no additional cost and fenced patio area for outdoor activities. You will share a bathroom with only one person. If you prefer to have a private bathroom, your room would cost an
additional one hundred dollars per month. The room is available until July with no option to renew lease.
