Laid back easy going guy yrs old. looking for a room to rent in the Ocean Monmouth County area. I'm originally from the area I grew up in Jackson. I also wanted say I don't have any pets myself but I love animals so if you have pets i don't at all.

My budget is $ including all utilities and fees cheaper is better but thats my maximum.. looking for some place safe clean secure and stable with nice mature roommates.

I don't smoke drink or do drugs. ok with although I don't smoke myself and casual drinkers are ok.
