Hi! I’m Cid (), a UCF grad, non-binary (they/them), working full-time as a pharmacy technician and starting nursing school this year. I’m looking for someone to take over my current roommate’s portion of our lease at Ellington at Oviedo Park, starting April .

This is an LGBTQ+ affirming, calm, and respectful home, and I’m hoping to find someone who’s on the same page about cleanliness, communication, and shared space.

• I live with two very sweet registered ESA cats, Nugget & Milo (2-pet max, so no additional pets)
• Shared spaces are kept tidy — nothing intense, just normal adult cleanliness
• -friendly: I use a pen; if smoking bud, balcony only
• Overnight guests are totally fine (my girlfriend stays over regularly) — just respectful and communicative
• Not a party apartment; chill vibes only
• I’m reliable with rent/utilities and haven’t had roommate issues; current roommate is relocating after graduating
