Private room with private bathroom, walk-in closet, and semi-independent entrance in a calm, well-maintained apartment located in Downtown Miami, with beautiful sunrise and sunset views.

The room is available starting February 1st.

This is a -bathroom apartment, and one private room with its own bathroom is being rented.
The room is for ONE person only. No couples, no families, and no children.

The building offers excellent amenities, including:
• Swimming pool
• Jacuzzi
• Gym
• Meeting / business room
• On- convenience market
• Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and convenience markets
• MetroMover station directly across the street

I work from home full time, so I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and considerate roommate. Gender doesn’t matter. I prefer someone who works outside the home during the day, as this is a peaceful, low-noise environment. No parties or gatherings — occasional visits are fine, but this is not a party house.

Shared spaces (kitchen, fridge, common areas) are fully available and shared with respect, cleanliness, and organization. Privacy and harmony are very important here.

Important note about the room:
The room is currently occupied, so the photos show the space as it is now, with furniture and personal belongings. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. Existing furniture can stay, or the room can be delivered empty if preferred. Price remains the same.
