Looking for a lease for a couple

Hello, I'm Karen Martínez, a -year-old Colombian. My husband and I have been living in Hobart for two years. We're looking for a lease for ourselves because, since we arrived, we've been rent to some friends. However, we have to move because they got a pet and had problems with their lease agency. So, we're looking for a place just for ourselves. We're a hardworking, quiet couple; we don't like parties, and we don't drink or smoke.
