Looking for a roommate for a year lease !!

Hi! I’m and looking for one female roommate for a year-long lease, ideally moving in before January rd.

I’m a chiropractic student currently taking my board exams and i’m a fitness coach. I’m pretty busy, low-key, and value a clean, respectful, peaceful home. I keep a consistent routine and would love to live with someone who has a similar lifestyle and energy.

• Budget: around $ per person or less
• Areas: Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Santa Clara, or nearby
• Ideally just one roommate
• Looking for someone clean, quiet, respectful, and like-minded

I do have a sweet ragdoll cat — she’s very calm, clean, doesn’t climb or make messes, and sleeps most of the day
