Studio Or 1 Bedroom Apartment/House

-The bedroom is about one hundred and thirty square feet and currently fits a queen bed with plenty of room-Three other women in their early twenties live here, and they mostly keep to themselves but are very friendly and respectful!-I am graduating from SSU in May, so I need to find a young woman to take over my lease for the summer at least, and for twelve months after, if you are also interested!-washer and dryer included-kitchen with multiple appliances and lots of pantry space-shared bathroom-No pets allowed-has heating-furnished (except for the bedroom)-spacious backyard-gardener is included, but PG&E, garbage, wifi, and water are split between tenants -3 min drive to Sonoma State (S Section)
