Subleasing my private room

I am looking to sublease my private room in a bath at Market Statesboro, I am looking to move asap due to a family emergency. You are able to set your move in date when you speak to the office and sign the lease. You will have your own private room and bathroom, the unit comes with utilities and in-unit laundry, you will have to pay the light bill it is about $ a month.
