I'm looking to move Spring into an apartment - I'm also interested in splitting costs by getting a roommate, and renting a room.

I don't have a pet, but I want one. I sleep during the days because I work nights and I go to school. I don't have children. I'm okay with co-ed roommates, but want someone who prioritizes work and school. I'm not against drugs in concept but won't be able to live with partying in the house. Smoking would need to take place outside the house.

I do tend to be pretty messy, but I can keep it in my personal space. I use paper products in the kitchen and clean up after myself in shared spaces. I expect to participate in house chores.
