Looking for a Room

Hi, I’m coming to the area on a travel contract. I’m looking for a room with a private bath, preferably but if has to be a shared bath, I would prefer it to be with someone clean as I like to keep things tidy I would prefer my roommate to do the same as far as our shared spaces. I’m pretty quiet laid-back chill I go to work come home. I’m not from the area so I wouldn’t really know what to do. I’m not a party person.
