Looking for a room to stay

My partner, cat and I are looking for a place to stay. I work full time 5 days a week as a Barista / Kitchen Lead so I'll barely be home. My partner works two jobs as well. Our cat is small and is very friendly and quiet. We are just looking for a place to stay while we work. We are respectful and can communicate clearly about boundaries, responsibilities and schedules.
