Single, independent 's woman looking for dependable roommate to help cover rising costs in this economy. Apartment is fully furnished, and I have a small extremely friendly dog. Must be willing to be added onto the lease. Deposit has already been paid when I moved in, but must also be willing to co-create and sign a roommate agreement.
I'm looking for someone who is willing to share costs of bills and rent, but has their own life. I work full-time and when I come home I am quiet and enjoy watching TV and hanging with my dog. I rarely have company over, and prefer the same of my roommate. I am long past my party stage, but this economy is causing me to forego my ego and get a roomie.
The total rental cost is $ before the Electricity. Water/Trash/Sewage are added into the monthly rate. We will be splitting everything .
