I’m renting out a private bedroom with private bathroom in a clean, quiet, and well-kept apartment. The room has great natural light and great space, you'll also have a closet.

The apartment is shared with me and I have a sweet cat that stays in my room 90% of the time. Common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room (not fully furnished yet) and in-unit washer and dryer and dishwasher. The building is safe and well maintained, with parking available.

Located in a convenient area with easy access to grocery stores, cafes, and main roads. It’s a calm, respectful home — ideal for someone responsible, clean, and easygoing.
