Private room available in Hermosa Beach, about a ten minute walk to the beach. Room is available starting in March (earliest). You’d be living with two guys, working professionals, mid/late twenties, looking for a third roommate.

We’re easy-going, respectful, and like to be social, but we also value a calm, clean place to live. Looking for someone who’s comfortable sharing space, communicates well, and is easy to get along with.
