I am offering a single bedroom for rent in a three-bedroom, -bathroom smart home located in a beautiful quiet residential area of Perris, CA, available now. The rent is $ per month, $ for utilities, with a $ security deposit. We seek a respectful and peaceful individual. The property features a range of amenities, including gas and electricity, washer and dryer, streaming networks, gas grill, smart home features, and shared living spaces. Bedrooms are situated on the second floor. Currently on property is myself and two very respectful gentlemen. The room is empty. It is able to fit a queen size bed, two nightstands, a desk and a dresser comfortably. This house has three housemates— myself (makeup artist and veteran), and two gentlemen (veteran and coder, as well as nightshift warehouse employee). We are calm, reliable and respectful. We are looking for the same.
