My husband, Joseph, and I are the homeowners and will be living in the house. Joseph works from home, while I am a high school band director. My schedule starts early in the morning and I typically return home late in the evenings. We value a respectful, comfortable shared living environment and are generally busy with work during the week. We do host an annual Halloween party and Christmas party, which are traditions in our home and something to be aware of for those who prefer a quieter household year-round. We also have a small Chihuahua named Athena who roams freely throughout the house. She is very sweet and friendly, though she can have a loud bark at times.
