Room available at Chapel View

I’m looking for someone who would like to team up and extend my current roommates lease with me at Chapel View in Chapel Hill. Our lease ends on March but she didn’t notify me in time so essentially I have to extend my lease. I’d like to try to meet and find someone by January/February. Ideally looking for someone who’d be able to move in March (when my current lease ends and if you're interested you'd also have the choice of extending it for another year or more. I have a sweet cat named Zelda. I’m a quality technician at a medical tech company so I work Monday through Friday from pm. After work i’m typically out of the apartment & keeping myself busy working on Amazon Flex so you’ll have plenty of time to yourself! I’m happy to make friends with my potential new roommate as well, i’m very genuine and supportive but I’d also respect it if you’d just like to be roommates! I typically clean my room/bathroom almost everyday just because I like to keep my personal area clean but I don’t ever have an issue with any clutter in the common area. I like to clean the common area at least once a week. I hardly ever leave a dish in the sink but I don’t mind any sort of mess at all, I’m very easy going. I am cannabis friendly. On the weekends I’m typically out working or visiting family. I hardly ever have anyone over on weekdays, but on weekends just the occasional friend or boyfriend. I also sleep with the tv on with low volume as background noise because it’s the only way I can fall asleep. On my free time I like to paint, try new food spots, thrift, and shop.
