Nursing Grad Student

Recently moved to Georgia for grad school. Looking to move SOON, no later than the top of February. Budget is a tad flexible. I have a housing stipend so I wont go above that number however, that means I will always have funds for rent/bills. I am looking for a home thats friendly, communicative and clean. I do need access to the kitchen as I like to cook sometimes and will if I have the time. I will be busy with school so I don’t plan to be home too often and if I am probably cozied up in the room. I’m open to being friends and also fine with you wanting your own space. Big for me is just communicating needs and boundaries rather than swimming in passive aggressive energy. Open to pets. Open to folks of all genders and religions. Bonus points for a private bathroom. Hit me up if i seem like a fit.
