Roommate bath

Hi good people of !

I’m looking for a female roommate in her ) to rent a bath apartment together, with a budget of up to $ for rent (utilities extra, so closer to $ total / around $ per person). I work from home and am generally a quiet, respectful person.
I’m hoping to stay in the Palms, Mar Vista, or Culver City areas. I currently live near downtown Culver City, which I really enjoy, and I’d love to remain nearby. I don’t have an apartment yet, but I’m hoping to find the right person so we can search together for a place we both love.
Ideally, the apartment would have parking, a dishwasher, and preferably an in-unit washer/dryer. Natural light in the living space is very important to me, along with an overall cozy, well-kept feel.
