I’m looking for lease takeover ($/month) in a spacious bath house in Davis starting in January and wanted to share in case anyone’s looking!
📅 Available: January through end of September, with the possibility of renewing the lease for next year
💸 Rent: $ + utilities (usually under $/month)
🌳 Just 2 minutes from Walnut Park and the Putah Creek trail
🚲 ~-minute bike ride to the UCD Memorial Union
👯‍♀️ You’d be living with two wonderful UCD grad students
☀️ Great natural light; common areas fully furnished
🚗 Street parking included, no permit needed
📍 Quiet, tree-lined neighborhood close to downtown
