Hi! I’m Stephanie, a thirty-year-old professional graphic designer with a hybrid in-office and remote work schedule. I’m also taking online courses, so you’ll often find me in the office during the evenings and on the weekends.

Outside of work, I’m an equestrian and love traveling, nature, working out, and yoga. I enjoy being social and spending time with friends, but I also really value quiet time and personal space. I keep a clean, respectful home and am looking for someone with a similar vibe.

Who I’m Looking For:
My current roommate is moving out, and I’m looking for a professional female roommate to take over the room. Ideally, you’re friendly, clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I’d love for us to form a friendship, but I’m also totally comfortable being friendly roommates who do our own thing.
While I love animals, I’m looking for someone without pets.

Note: My current roommate has two cats. The cats and all of their belongings will be completely removed from the apartment before you move in, and I will do a thorough cleaning beforehand. I wanted to mention this in case you have any pet allergies.


Rent & Utilities:
• Rent due on the 1st each month. This includes all utilities except electric
• Electric (TECO) is split evenly and due mid-month

• Private en-suite bathroom
• Large private walk-in closet
• Fully furnished bedroom with bed frame, box spring, mattress, and tall dresser. If you have your own furniture, we can discuss removing what’s currently in the room
• Kitchen, laundry room (washer & dryer in unit), dining area, and living room
• Use of my kitchen cookware, dishes, silverware, coffee machine, toaster oven, and Ninja blender
• Use of my office desk when I’m not using it. If you work from home regularly, I’m open to purchasing a second desk and chair for the living room
