Private room for rent

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to move into my apartment in early February. It’s a bath upstairs unit in downtown Long Beach right by Bixby park. Preferably female or LGBT male. Mostly funrnished but you’re welcome to bring in any furniture for common areas. It comes with our own in-unit laundry. It’s street parking. The room has a pretty big closet with a built in dresser and there’s a ceiling fan. All of the furniture seen in the room photos will be gone when you move in.
I’m open to doing a year lease.

About me: I work as a server so my schedule fluctuates but I’m always quiet and respectful when I’m home. I value cleanliness and courtesy. I’m weed
and alcohol friendly, just keep it respectful. I love cats and would be open to living with one but no dogs. I like to keep to myself but would also be down to be friends and hangout if we have some shared interests:)
