Bedroom For Rent - West LA

Hello! My name is Marissa and I am a year old female and I live in West LA. I currently have a second bedroom available for rent at my apartment for $ / month. Apartment has AC, Dishwasher, Laundry Room (outside the unit), and there is street parking available out front of the building on Barrington Ave. it is just me at the apartment since the previous second renter has moved out. I am really friendly and love meeting new people. I don’t go out in the evenings very often but I’m open to going out and doing activities together, or just staying in and watching movies! I currently don’t have any pets but plan to adopt a small dog in the very near future. I am open to you having pets as well. I prefer to rent to another female around my age or older.
