Looking for responsible students or professionals to rent two private, fully furnished bedrooms on the second floor of my home for the Spring semester (January–May). Option to extend through Summer if needed. (Fall unavailable.)

🏡 About the Landlord:
I’m a former USF student who earned both a bachelor’s and master’s in engineering. I secured an internship while in school and was hired full-time immediately after graduating. I live on the first floor and am happy to offer professional and academic mentorship to tenants going through the same journey.
I love going out, exploring new places, and having fun, but I’m just as happy staying in for a cozy night. Most evenings you’ll find me reading, painting, or watching TV. I work a lot—both in person and virtually—so I really value a peaceful, balanced home environment
