We are 2 single professional females, renting a 4 bedroom house in Placentia. We are close to stores, restaurants, freeways, and Cal State University Fullerton. We have a private room for rent with beautiful hardwood floors, and fantastic natural lighting. Room is $ deposit, plus utilities split 4 ways. You would share a bath with 1 other very clean female. There is safe street parking right in front of the house, full kitchens privileges, and on sight laundry.

We are looking for a single female, who works full time DURING THE DAY- NO NIGHT TIME JOBS, is clean and respectful. No pets. No overnight guest. Rental is an annual lease.
