URGENT Jersey City Roommate Needed

Room available for rent (Newport, Jersey City):
Looking for a female roommate to move in starting Dec (must sign by the mo lease (may resign after that point).
- Corner apartment with full view of Manhattan
- bath
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Kitchen with garbage disposal and ice maker
- Building amenities include a doorman, 4 elevators, a pool/hot tub, a rooftop lounge, golf simulator, and 2 gyms
- Monthly cost for you would be $ not including wifi/heating/ac (usually $ total per person)
- Currently have no pets however they are welcome (there is a monthly cost for them)
- Right next to a light rail stop, min walk to either the Newport path station or Grove St station (very easy commute into Manhattan)
- Parking garage spots available for additional monthly cost
I’m and I work a hybrid schedule (% in office, % home from my bedroom). I’ve had incredible roommate luck (still very close with all my past roommates) so looking to maintain that trend :). I’ve lived in this apartment for years & cannot imagine moving yet. While I’m so sad to see my current roommate move in with her boyfriend I’m so so in love with this apartment & excited to start a new chapter!
