Looking for a room

I was unsure if all these questions are about me or the roommate I want, so I
based them off me. (Edits- I never have parties but that’s not an option. When I get up and go to bed really depends on what I have to do the next day, but I’m pretty quiet so I probably won’t wake you up. I don’t have a career type job. I work at Jeni’s ice cream, and I’m working on getting a second job. I’m also a student. I don’t smoke and never plan to, but if you do, please do it outside cuz the smell makes me cough, and I don’t mind if you have overnight guests, as long as I know beforehand and you don’t keep me up then I don’t care.
