I’m Toney; I'm a facilities/maintenance professional who’s passionate about keeping things running smoothly—both at work and at home. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and pretty laid-back. I'm out of town most days and generally only home on weekends. I'm looking for a drama-free, responsible roommate who values a tidy and chill living environment.
