looking for a room

I’m years old and currently working full-time in a position. I’m responsible, clean, and pretty low-key during the work week. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing at home, gaming, writing, reading, and keeping a comfortable, peaceful living environment. I do have a dog - a 2-year-old, -lb dachshund/chiweenie mix. He’s small, friendly, house-trained, and well-behaved. I take him out regularly and make sure he never becomes a nuisance to housemates or neighbors. I’m looking for a place where communication, respect, and keeping shared spaces clean are important. I’m easygoing, reliable with rent, and to be a considerate, drama-free tenant or roommate.
