A fully furnished room is available for rent in Somerset, NJ.

The room includes:
• Queen-size bed with storage drawers underneath
• Almost-new mattress
• Spacious closet
• -inch Samsung TV
• Desk and two nightstands

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, and the available bathroom is practically for the tenant’s exclusive use, as we do not use that bathroom.

You will also have access to:
• Living room
• Full kitchen
• In-unit washer and dryer
• High-speed internet
• Central air conditioning and heating
• Parking included

We are a gay couple, very clean, respectful, and organized. We hope you are comfortable living with a gay couple.
We have a small Yorkie Terrier, very calm and friendly.

We are preferably looking for a male tenant who is responsible, clean, respectful, and who does not have a partner living with them. (Occasional visits are fine, but no live-in partners.)

We speak English and Spanish, so communication is easy.

The room is ready for move-in.
