I am from Arizona and am currently selling my home there. I am looking for a place to be able to settle into and become familiar with the area. I am very clean, I do like to cook, I can be a bit of a night owl but I respect quiet hours. Interested in just months but potentially longer if all if well and comfortable in the space. If furnishing and utilities could be included in my budget range would be very helpful.
