Cozy backyard with hammock to relax, and a grill for summer cookouts.

Move in cost is full month security deposit + first month's rent & utilities.
Utilities ($/mo) and wifi ($/mo) are split equally between the roommates.

Access to private parking upon request, unlimited laundry ($/mo).

We are located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Jersey City border Bayonne, just a minute train ride to NYC!! 2 min walk to light rail - 2 min walk to local bus - 5 min drive to Liberty State Park and waterfront overseeing the Manhattan skyline - minutes drive to downtown jersey - min drive to Staten Island - 3 min drive to the most amazing diner and shopping center - 8 min drive to Walmart and other large stores.
