New pictures coming when current tenants are ready to go (we’ve remodeled your bedroom, bathroom, and the kitchen). Nicely furnished and very comfortable room. Large room with a new bed. Well behaved pets are welcome. Cats must be able to go outside in the fenced yard as we have a door for our 2 cats. Dogs don’t know about it! But they could if you teach them and they can fit through!

PETS MUST BE PROPERLY HOUSE-BROKEN!

The room has beautiful tile flooring and its own independent quiet mini split AC/Heat that is controlled by you. It has a large smart TV. I care about my tenants. Your comfort is important to me and I provide you with what I would want in the condition I would want it to be. You’ll have minimally a desk, a chair, a comfy bed, a large smart TV, nice linens and towels, and a huge closet and a dresser. Bathroom is shared.

All utilities are included: electric, high-speed internet, trash, water. Parking off-street. Guest parking is no problem.

You will need to be a peaceful, happy, emotionally well-balanced person who ENJOYS cleaning and is DETAIL-ORIENTED! Keeping shared areas clean is vital. I am looking for a longer term renter. House privileges include kitchen, laundry, and more. House has recently been remodeled with new flooring and beautiful kitchen. All the best appliances. Must be comfortable with all kinds of pets. We have a cockatiel, 2 cats, and a small dog.

No light sleepers, please (that hasn’t worked). Folks with compassionate politics are a must! I am a feminist who has supports peace organizations like Code Pink and Veterans for Peace. No right-wingers, we wouldn’t work out. Seniors are welcome. An interview is required. It’s best to sort out compatibility before you undergo the expense of moving.
