*** I’m renting my fully upgraded, fully furnished, lake condo, to share with me & my dog. 1st floor, assigned parking immediately in front, with additional parking not assigned to other units. Available January. Your own bedroom, with a luxury queen sized, electric adjustable bed, large closet, and your own bathroom, and share the rest of condo . I smoke, never ever in condo, only out front, or on back lanai, overlooking the lake! The ideal candidate will be 1 person, no pets. The agreement and rules for the common areas will be applied to us both, and pretty much, drawn up together for living arrangements. A fantastic house cleaner, paid by me will be every other week, depending on her availability.Really great community here, with awesome neighbors! Full access to 2 pools from dusk to dawn. A full background check, with references, along with proof of income, will be required by myself and the association. All association rules will be followed by us both, at all times.
Me : I’m very neat and clean. I enjoy cooking, good restaurants, music, and I handle almost everything having to do with the condo ( utilities, maintenance, etc. )You can pretty much guarantee that there will always be Starbucks coffee pods for the Keurig, along with Italian Sweet cream in the fridge, ( my must haves, lol ).
I love music, and I love to have fun!
