F | Two Full-Time Jobs

Hi! I work two full-time jobs and will be returning to nursing school in March. I’m rarely home during the day, clean, and responsible. I’m looking for a female roommate only, with rent between $ including utilities. Preferably downtown or Midtown to be close to work, but I’m also open to Arden, Natomas, La Riviera, or Rosemont. Ideally, I’d like a washer and dryer in the unit and my own private bathroom, and I don’t mind $ more for these features. No kids or cats. I’m planning to move sometime between the st of this month
