Looking for Female Roommate

Looking for a female roommate to rent a place with me in Costa Mesa. I just switched to a permanent job here at UCI and am hoping to find a place to move to in February or March. I love my current roommate but excited to stop renting furnished rooms and make my own cozy little home 🤩 I don’t have a pet yet but planning to get a Persian kitten sometime after moving. I’m not sure how I feel about other cats because my allergies are sometimes a little rough (I grew up with Persians and know they’re okay) but dogs that don’t shed too much and are well trained could be fine! I work night shifts so I’d appreciate someone who is considerate of being quiet on the 3 days I have to sleep prior to my shifts each week. I enjoy a clean home but am by no means perfect on that one all the time. Good communication is really important to me and in my opinion, the recipe to a successful and great roommate situation. I love to talk and am hoping to become friends with my roommate.
