Hi all,

We have one semi-furnished room available for rent with a private bath in a bath house. The house is located in a safe and private neighborhood across from Wickham park, Melbourne, Florida.

Security deposit is one month's rent. Rent will be $ + utilities. May perform a background check.

Commonly shared areas include kitchen, living rooms and a patio.
No pets please. No smoking allowed.

Washer
Dryer
Dishwasher
Microwave, oven and fridge
Parking in driveway
