Hello, I’m Robert, divorced professional seeking a room . Prefer less than 2 in the unit . Heater and Internet a must, I do not need laundry. A private bathroom would be considered. My budget is , I am only in the city Sunday evening thru Friday mornings . I leave for the weekend to my home in Redding . I am a consultant for a heavy highway engineering firm in San Francisco for last + years . I am exceptionally clean, and do not smoke and no drugs , may have an occasional glass of wine but very seldom. Also prefer no pets . thank you
