Looking for safe Tacoma place

Hi! I’m a year old female. I work multiple jobs, but mostly Seattle stadiums. I have an 8 year old pug and year old tuxedo cat that will need to come with me. Both are super well behaved. I value kindness and authenticity. I can stick to myself and stay out of the way or if we vibe that is amazing! I would prefer somewhere with a great walk score. Currently in a studio in stadium district but hoping to move soon.
