Looking for a female roommate (ages nineteen through thirty) to join our home in South Scottsdale. Private bedroom with a shared bathroom. Ten minutes from ASU Tempe. No couples.

About the house:
- Furnished living & dining rooms
- Unfurnished bedroom
- Patio + driveway parking
- Laundry room with washer/dryer
- Utilities + Cox internet included in rent
- Move-in: Earliest move-in is January.

Pets: No additional pets. I have a twelve-year-old dog named Max, who is very sweet with people but not good with other animals.

No smokers.

About Us

Me: I’m a nurse at Dignity Health. I love hiking, rock climbing, painting, and keeping a warm, calm home environment.

Erika: Works in marketing. Loves dancing, making art, and watching her favorite sitcoms. Fun and social but very respectful of shared spaces.

Eddie: Our only male roommate. He’s lived with us for 3 years, and we trust him completely. He’s currently in a welding apprenticeship and enjoys hanging out with friends and relaxing with a good movie.
