Looking for tenant for a cozy home!

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting as early as December (although can start in January)! The only reason why I am moving is because I am graduating early and will be moving away from FC for a job :/. My roommates are such lovely, kind, clean, and considerate people.

About the lease/house:
- move in as early as December
- Bus stops nearby
- You would share the house with 3 other girls who are seniors at CSU
- Two cats live here, but no more please!
- LGBTQ Friendly
- super clean and organized home

What we’re looking for:
- female preferred, although we are not closed off!
- no more pets, please!
- someone who cleans up after themselves
