The monthly rent is $ and the room is available on immediately. I have two other roommates, one female and one male. The apartment is located around the corner from MassArt in a great area. The apartment has a very small shared space but has a great kitchen and comes with a washer & dryer. The room is nice sized and there is a TV, small fridge, dresser, desk, full sized bed and storage. The price can be negotiable, if need be.
