Hello, my name is Yoon. I am a -year-old college student and currently employed. Due to recent family circumstances, I am in urgent need of finding a roommate or roommates to share an apartment or house with.
I would prefer to live in the Columbia Mall area, as it is conveniently located near both my school and workplace. One important note is that I am still in the process of building my credit, so I may not qualify to lease an apartment on my own. If possible, I would need someone who is able to take the lead on the leasing process.
My move-out deadline is December th, so I am hoping to secure housing as soon as possible. I would prefer a female roommate, but I am also open to living with one female and one male.
