Looking for a roommate!!

Hello! My name is Beth and I’m obviously looking for a roommate. I need someone who can put up with my anxiety and be nice to my cat. This apartment is 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is larger and has a walk in closet and its own bathroom. This one would have a higher rent. The other bedroom is smaller. You would pretty much have your own bathroom either way if it’s just the two of us, but the one not in the bedroom is open to the common area. I have one cat, I’m willing to accept other cats but there is $ pet deposit. There is a background check, credit check, and income requirement. If you don’t pass the credit or income, it’s possible that a co-signer would be accepted. I’m super easy-going and try to keep clean, but I tend to get cluttery at times and then go on a cleaning whirlwind to get things picked up. Feel free to contact me!
