Looking for someone (male) to takeover my lease for Spring & Summer with renewing available if needed.

* Rent is base pay, comes w/ personal parking, Wifi is included, utilities is seperate ($ avg.)
*There is a view of the bus stop for transportation to UF or Santa Fe
*Complex has a basketball court, gym, a pool area with grill stations, clubhouse, and also study areas available
*2 male roommates, 1 attending UF, 1 finished school, none are partiers and both are very easy to get along with
*All roommates share responsibility for keeping the living space clean and quiet.
*One of the roomates has a dog but he is super friendly.
*Crunch Fitness is walking distance literally behind the complex
*Plaza behind complex has small restaurants, UPS dropoff, Advance Auto
* Credit Union right across the street
*Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Trader Joes, etc. are minute drive from complex
*UF is within walkin distance so a 5 minute drive.

Lease will be available starting January .
It can also be available sooner if needed.
